Heute sind einige Bilder und Videos, die mit der PSP Kamera geschossen beziehungweise gedreht wurden, im Internet aufgetaucht. Die Video Qualität finde ich ist für eine 1.3 Megapixel Kamera sehr gut und reicht locker zum Eyetoy zocken. Da Sony leider ein Export-Verbot verhängt hat müssen die europäischen PSP-User noch ein bisschen warten.
cool bin schon gespannt wann wir das vergnügen haben werden. kann es kaum erwarten. die qualität ist echt nicht schlecht, wobei mehr pixel schon schön wären. mein handy hat mehr.
The camera will launch in Japan on November 2nd, and features a 1.3 Mega Pixel unit capable of taking still shots as well as video at 30FPS. A built-in microphone is also included in the device. The price will be 5,000 yen, which equates to approximately US$43.
The GPS receiver (the one we're really looking forward to) will launch one month after the camera, on December 7th in Japan. The price will be 6,000 yen, or US$51. Unfortunately the GPS doesn't come with any map software, but it will ship with a carrying case, as will the camera.
We have to wonder what the point of releasing a GPS accessory is without mapping software for all the major regions in the world. Perhaps Sony will unveil details on this at a later date.
The GPS unit will apparently work with a handful of games, although details on when these games will be available are unknown at this stage.
Both devices will be shown off at the Tokyo Games Show on September 22, so check back then for further details, and some videos of the GPS and camera in action!
